The disturbed circumstances that the band experienced at the season of composing and recording the collection is reflected in the melodic characteristics of the work, and draws from different sub-classes of metal, speaking to devotees of all overwhelming music. The music is impacted by groups, for example, Meshuggah, After The Burial and Heart Of A Coward, while Woods-Eley’s vocals lament like a 90s’ period grunge medicate fanatic, unequivocally affected by Layne Staley (Alice In Chains) and Chris Cornell (Soundgarden).
